@leagueofemily Hey @leagueofemily just wanted to say - big fan. PS it took me a LONG time to find your podcast even when I knew you said you had one with @karonmoser. If you can publicise it on a twitter link /linktree/ handle it may help new folks find it. Enjoy worlds!
@SupportEyla Don’t listen to the haters. You are only getting so much attention because you got to worlds in the first place. Just do you, learn and move forward. People taking the time to hate on you on the internet can’t have too much going for them!
1st December - End of a BUSY first week coding for our homeless shelter app. A meaningful project that we hope to deliver well.
Let's go team 4! #SchoolOfCode#CodingCommunity
Nov 28th - small wins as a developer! 📅
🐬 Challenge: deploying my first dummy Next JS app
🐘 Learning point: remember specify your Node version!
I’ve never been so happy to see error messages disappear.
Nov 27th - a special day- the first day of our four-week projects! 📅
React, TypeScript, disagreements and resolutions, prototyping, daily retros…? Here we go again :D
Team 4 is going to smash it, hopefully building something worthwhile :)

Nov 24th- a logical friday 📅
🐬 Recap: combining logical operators always confused me, so i spent a bit of time recapping them this afternoon. Finally feels like I’m getting the hang of them!
Nov 22nd- developer diary! 📅
🐬 Challenge: set up and render a quick React component that shows how many cups of water you’ve drunk.
🐘 Learning points: This was a good chance to practise using ‘state’ , conditional rendering and ‘array.from… map’ notation!
Nov 21st- developer diary! 📅
🐬 Challenge: Create a simple colour palette app with hexcodes to provide a colour inspiration reference.
🐘 Learning points: AI tools helped provide a long list of hexcodes, but they weren’t very good at producing a wide variety of shades.
Nov 20th - developer diary! 📅
🐬 Challenge: I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could make a noughts and crosses app in an evening.
🐘 How it went: My code for the game logic was long so I had to use a code-bot to find a more modular way to handle the game-logic. #Coding
Nov 17th - another day developing as a developer! 📅
🐬 Challenge: Making an app that demonstrates Next JS features, having only first come across Next JS.. yesterday! We made a meta Next JS app that teaches you Next JS by showing its own code… #nextjs#codingcommunity
Nov 16th - another day developing as a developer! 📅
🐬 Challenge : I challenged myself to make a rock, paper, scissors game in html with vanilla JS in half an hour, and I managed to get it to work 'in browser' before the bell went. Yay! #Coding#thisUIneedswork!
