Would you have any advice for me? I believe to have a genetic condition that took my Sister’s life and is affecting myself and other Sister. High ANA’s (1:1280),Anti NPX2 weak positive, Lupus Anticoagulant positive x2, high EBV load and severe mono cases as teens, dysphasia, high CSF WBC, dropped C4, frequent elevated wbc-CRP- and hs-CRP. No diagnosis after years and $$$$. Trying to protect my children. Diseases seems to hit hardest in mid to early 30’s. Have significant swelling above collarbone as well as slightly enlarged (2 cm +) right groin nodes that appear healthy but continue to enlarge on high dose prednisone and cause erectile changes.

@LisaSandersmd this might be a pipe dream but I made my x account in hopes of getting in contact with you! My conditions are the same as my Sisters before her passing (undiagnosed) and I’m sure trying hard to get this figured out for the next generation of my family (9 under age 18)
Also have a twice verified positive for Lupus anticoagulant, and once positive Beta1 Gluco. No diagnosis over a several year span but symptoms have progressed significantly since October 2025
Stuck inside the Hotel during this snow storm at the Mayo Center Rochester ,thought I would try my luck on X. Trying desperately to get a diagnosis for my condition that I believe to be genetic and took my older Sister’s life. Any tips or guidance would be much appreciated!
I’ve had multiple high ANA’s (1:1280 Homogenous) a positive anti NPX2 on a Myositis panel. Multiple re occurring mild to moderately elevated wbc and CRP’s, elevated hs-CRP, elevated EBV (22) and protein in a CSF and more
