@OverlyTrev Hey Trev, I'm a Tesla fan, owner, supporter, and investor so I understand, but it is possible that SPCX projects are taking priority over TSLA rollouts for that very reason.
As a business owner or CEO you have to think what makes the most sense for your overall vision & position
@JoseMiguel_AI@CuriousPejjy Exactly. A limited amount of Tesla drivers will pay $200+ a month. If you want to kill the subscription business, keep raising the price. At a point it becomes a significant percentage of the car payment and is not worth it in comparison to the overall cost.
@WR4NYGov There is definitely an obsession, but it started before the merger talks. A constant loop of how things could be just around the corner.
I'm non bias and just like the truth. I think there is sufficient merit to a merger outside of content creators minds, but there is also hype.
@TeslaBoomerMama@GrindeOptions Lol not enough?? You couldn't have explained it and more or in any more detail. I appreciate your work and research. I see it as inevitable and the final piece of the puzzle. Makes more sense to have everything under one umbrella, and shielded by SPCX. Less volatility too.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama Possibly they would. They also started construction on a Mexico factory a while back and then dialed it back. There is no way to know the timelines, especially just because they "say" they are going to do something one year. They do the impossible INCREDIBLY late.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama No it makes sense. Who do you follow? How can you be so far behind. Literally all the main TSLA analysts and content creators are talking about it right now.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama Time will tell. I get what you're saying, by if the powers they be want a merger sooner than later as it appears, there would be no benefit to having TSLA to the moon before that. It's too expensive unless SPCX gets back up and well over IPO again.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama You must not have seen the polls. It's not idiotic to nearly 50% of retail TSLA holders and institutional definitely aren't going to stand in the way if the premium is large enough. No 50/50 will not do.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama I don't think you get that it's not guaranteed that Robotaxi will meaningfully scale before a potential merger or Starship. Even so not all TSLA investors are trying to move money between the two. Some just want SPCX to buy TSLA for a premium higher than it is now.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama No one is saying delayed for 4 years. Just not pushing as fast as they can go anymore. It went from balls to the walls to as fast as we can safely go because if we have even one incident it will make headline news. True, but people don't want to realize things have changed.
@BurtonBolo@TeslaBoomerMama That sounds good, but if you listen to the Q2 earnings call, they specifically site how the temp will go based on safe miles and regulations. It is no longer simply because they are "capable" of ramping or that FSD works really well. A painfully slow ramp state by state.
@DillonLoomis@Zillaionaire It's hard for some solo producers to compare to a BrighterWithHerbert for example. He has a panel of 2-4 people usually and does interviews etc. If anything I'd say it's just the format that may need to evolve, but maybe not. You'll figure it out.
