The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation has released Q4 data for FY21, showing less new condo and single-family home loans in Q4 FY21 compared to the previous two years. Additionally, and perhaps related, are the increases in average price for both types of loans, especially SFH.
The first ever University of Alaska Mariculture Conference is taking place from April 12-14, 2022. The event brings together members of the mariculture industry, policy makers, economic developers, and experts to discuss the future of Alaska's mariculture industry.
