@kelvmackenzie @Iromg Terrible in Malaga this weekend. Did the registering photo and finger prints then huge queue for egates where husband got through but I didn’t and has to join huge queue for manual checks. Very stressful

@SimonCalder Malaga airport chaos today. Fingerprint and facial recognition registered upstairs then downstairs to e-gates. Worked for husband but not me so then huge queue for manual passport control. Eventually got through, very stressed. Happening to lots, no one to help

@premierinn just been stuck in lift for over hour and half at Harlow Church Langley with pregnant daughter. The lack of communication and care from your staff member in charge was really upsetting. Housekeeping staff did try to help by opening door slightly to get air in. Awful
