HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IS OFTEN DIAGNOSED WITHOUT ONE CLEAR, IDENTIFIABLE CAUSE.
When the standard cardiac workup comes back normal but your blood pressure is still elevated, it may be labeled “essential” or “primary” hypertension.
But I don’t think the investigation should stop there. Look deeper at what can influence blood pressure: sleep, stress, metabolic health, nutrition, activity, medications, kidney function, and genetics. Medication can be necessary, but understanding what’s contributing to the problem matters too.
I’ve come to the point in my faith where I just don’t worry about the future of the Church anymore. It’s Christ’s Church (not mine) and if he wants to let it be drug through the mud, that’s his business not mine. My main concern is trying to live a holy life now (insomuch as I understand what that means) and encouraging others to do the same. I interpret Vatican II, the New Mass and everything else, in light of historic Church tradition (hermeneutic of continuity), and encourage others to do likewise. When liberal Catholics try to challenge me, I tell them I don’t care and go ahead and “excommunicate me” if you can. Obviously, that never goes anywhere. I always kneel for communion and receive the Eucharist on the tongue and I don’t care how busy it is, or how many people are in line behind me. It’s not performative. It’s the honor my King and God deserves! Since the hierarchy of the Church has decided not to expand the Latin Mass and has no intention of reforming the New Mass, again this is not my problem. It’s theirs. I will do what I know is right based on Church tradition and not worry about whether the hierarchy likes it or not.
The J6 Committee manipulated and destroyed evidence, created a fake narrative as a way to try and get at Trump.... they went so far as to hire a TV producer from the fake media in a desperate attempt to legitimize what (77.3M) Americans knew that J6 was a complete Hoax
We need a Special Counsel to finally get to the bottom of this... arrests must be made
You probably use these things in your kitchen every single day, so it’s worth paying attention to what they’re made of.
You don’t have to replace everything at once. Just swap things out as you go. Glass instead of plastic, stainless steel cookware, wooden utensils, fragrance-free soap… simple changes that are easy to make.
Start with what you use the most and go from there. It doesn’t have to be complicated.
