@gwobondye The necessity is in large parts a result of modern diet (sugars + refined carbs). So, unless you restrict your diet massively, or have extremely lucky genes - it absolutely is necessary.
@Jordan_Marie372@gwobondye I gave you a reason why whereas you are just waffling. The necessity of flouride has been backed by thousands of global studies/universally accepted in dentistry. It combines with your enamel to create fluorapatite (more resistant to acid attacks than your enamel on its own)
