@AmericanAir you are the WORST airline. How can you cancel a flight from Chicago to Boston yet have another one leaving 45 minutes later? Shame on you

@AmericanAir you are the absolutely worst major airline in its class. Flight says “on time” when there is no plane at the gate. Cancel a flight to Boston due to weather yet there is another flight to Boston landing 45 minutes later. I absolutely HATE flying your airline.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Five. Hours. That’s how long flight AA402 has sat at DFW without taking off. This is an absolute joke. Your own hub and you trap people on this plane for five fucking hours.

@AmericanAir please explain why at DFW every other flight is taking off yet Flight 402 from Dallas to Philly has been ground for OVER 3 HOURS. This is atrocious, I’ve already pushed back my original connection TWO HOURS and I will miss that one as well because of your delays.
