To those foolishly blaming Border Patrol agents for Biden's border crisis:

1. Agents can't "strike". It's illegal and grounds for immediate termination.

2. Agents don't create border policy - the Biden Admin creates border policy.

3. Agents must carry out lawful orders or be fired. Agents don't independently decide which policies are lawful. Courts decide that.

4. Agents don't adjudicate "asylum" claims.

5. Like all law enforcement officers, BP agents make arrests and process those arrested. Agents cannot make final judgments when illegal aliens assert their right to a hearing.

6. Blaming agents for this mess is not only misinformed and stupid, it's exactly what Biden, Harris and Mayorkas would want you to do.
