@poisonarrow @UKRunChat 60% of the way through any race is the lowest point for me. 3k into a 5k, 16 miles into a marathon... I:
- Distract myself with surroundings
- plan how I'm going to manage the rest of the race with fuel
- break the race up into chunks; landmarks, 5km blocks etc and tick them off
