So incredibly excited to share that our 10th Anniversary Special airs tonight on @nashvillepubtv. It seems like yesterday when I nearly tossed my cookies taping our pilot episode and now here we are, a decade later. We’ve had so many astoundingly talented writers on the show, multiple co-hosts and set changes, and throughout it all, our love for reading and continuing the literary legacy of John Seigenthaler has reined supreme. This experience, these people, has shaped me so much. It’s one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
Cheers to Jeremy, Mary Laura, Alka, our amazing crew and the best PBS team in the country for making this such a special anniversary.
You can watch on Channel 8 tonight or, for those of you outside the viewing area, in the PBS app or in our YouTube channel.
And don’t forget—keep reading!
When we got a tip from a viewer photo back in March, I knew I had seen these signs before (specifically that handwriting)… in a report by @WSMV’s @JFinleyreports. https://t.co/ukCIBOM83u

I've got friends & colleagues who have been working non-stop since the storm hit Western NC. Some of these journalists also don't have power, water, or food. Falsely claiming 'the media' isn't covering the devastation & recovery insults their hard work for their communities.
Kris,
The ultimate life well lived. Thank you for being a beacon of light in a darkening world. You were my hero and my role model. And even then, you managed to exceed my expectations when you became my friend.
So long Captain. Till we meet again.
PS I found this on my phone.
