White friends, especially white women who did not have an undergraduate sorority experience:

In the coming months you’ll likely see a great deal of content about VP Harris’ sorority affiliation and the support from its members. We 🩷 it. Some info & tips for us: 🧵

[Michael Cellini @dr_cellini]

Can somebody please explain why hospital credentialing is the most painful, time consuming, inefficient thing of all time? How can it take almost a year to get credentialed at a hospital? It’s actually comical.

Transfusions going.

She’s begging you save her life.
6yo son wailing.
Fetus alive.

She’s hypotensive, tachycardic.
How does this end in your world @aaplog

[Juanita Foncham MD MPH MBA @JFonchamMD]

Life threatening misinformation.

A better one.

I worked 23 days as a moonlighting attending and made $53,000 before taxes. As a Cards PGY4, I make $74,000 a YEAR.

As the driving force behind academic institutions, the ones with the longer days, and less time off.

Residents and fellows deserve more money🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s SHOCKING how many pregnant women come into L&D and ask me how they’re going to pee after a cervical balloon placement. You’re about to birth a whole human and didn’t realize your urethra and vagina are separate? 🤦🏾‍♀️

[Ashley Winter MD || Urologist @AshleyGWinter]

Knowing that you urinate from your urethra & not from your vagina should be as common knowledge as having two eyeballs. Sexual health is health. Our sexual health education in this country is a disgrace.

Out of all the OBGYN sub specialties REI has the widest range of gender identities in their patient population. We can’t forget that gender affirming care extends beyond the exam room.

[Juanita Foncham MD MPH MBA @JFonchamMD]

Friendly reminder that females aren’t the only people who menstruate. I saw a sign in the bathroom at an REI office addressed to “female patients and staff” with instructions on proper disposal of menstrual products.

Thanking my past self for putting in that wellness day for Friday because bayyyybeeee 😮‍💨

[Juanita Foncham MD MPH MBA @JFonchamMD]

Needed to workout but had zero energy. Drank a Celsius hoping that would help. Now I have zero motivation but also 200mg of caffeine in my system at 10:15 PM.
