@janettegllrd@corinhoggard Great question as this is a real issue. I just tried to walk my mother in law through it over the phone but it wasn’t showing the appt links for her. I narrowed it down to a browser issue and then ended up doing it for her. Helplines or Kiosks would be ideal. @FresnoCountyCA
