Great race by everyone in a very competitive field at the NIC Stomp yesterday! Course was almost a half mile too long so times obviously reflect that, but would’ve had a lot of PRs! Ben finished 7th out of 205 runners! Liv & Sammy finished 11th & 29th, respectively, out of 115!

Boys finished 2nd out of 14 teams at the Bearcat Invite at Wheeler to earn a runner-up trophy! We errr 7 points away from 1st. Ben Pranger was the overall champion of the meet. Freshmen Olivia Egger led the girls with a 10th place finish overall! Girls were 6th out of 14 teams!

We finished up our JGXC annual campout a couple weeks ago. It was a great time to grow closer as teammates and laugh together! My wife and I love this time of the year!

Congrats to Ciara Vincent and Lydia Goodsell on their conference championship wins last night! Ciara was 3200m champ while coming in 2nd in the 1600! Lydia was champion in the long jump, 200, and second in the 100! Great job ladies!!

Somehow managed to finish the holy half marathon at Notre Dame yesterday. Was only able to train 6 out of the 10 weeks bc of injuries. I ran 1:49 so I’ll take it. Goal was under 2 hours. I’m feeling a little sore this morning

Great meet this past weekend at Northwood! We had 9 PRs (7 lifetime, 2 season)! These kids have been putting in the work and miles and it’s starting to show! Excited for the next month of meets!
