Now we have a final demand through and another manager is calling my wife a liar so we now have an £85 penalty charge for a disabledwoman and one with dimentia.

My wife is having to argue with your Stanmore store as i type this as she is disabled and went 20 minutes over the time when she took her aunt with Dimentia. The manager she saw in person said when the ticket comes through call which she did and he'd cancelled it. @sainsburys
