@JaredPowell12 I found interesting that frequency of sessions, in particular a lower number of sessions per week (2-3) was associated with greater pain reductions, but higher volume associated with greater functional improvements (>45sets/wk LL)

Seems to be a lack of taking responsibility for learning, and that everything possible to know should be provided by the university and/or mentoring programs.
