@FortWayneCPA Have you applied the “economic reality” tests for FLSA-employee potential classification? I think many in the construction industry could be affected by employee misclassification leading to these issues.

@FortWayneCPA You brought up in a previous post. Sub-contractor but I’ll add, doing work on contract as a self-employed (Sch C) filer where they meet the definition of an FLSA-employee AND have documentation based on IRS notice 2025-69 and section 225.
