Flap Product Update: Dividend Infrastructure Upgrade 🦋

1. Tax Token V3 → Native Dividend Tracker (Auto-Deployed)
All Tax Token V3 contracts now include an automatically deployed dividend tracking contract — even when dividendBps = 0.
• Real-time holder share tracking
• Decoupled from official dividend vault
• Supports arbitrary dividend tokens

2. Vault Integration → Direct Distribution
Vaults can now route rewards directly into the dividend tracker contract:
• Eliminates need for off-chain or custom user accounting
• Ensures deterministic, pro-rata distribution
• Simplifies integration for yield / tax / external reward flows
