The owner of this X account is low information. NATO is a defensive alliance. This means that if a NATO member is attacked, all NATO members come to the aid of that member. The Iran war began with Trump’s stupid decision to attack Iran. The United States was not attacked. Therefore, the NATO alliance does not apply. Trump is attempting to make Americans think that NATO is an offensive alliance, which it is not.

One more time for the TRULY stupid: NATO is a DEFENSE Organization. That means if a NATO member is ATTACKED, the alliance obligates the members to come to the DEFENSE of the attacked member. Since the US was NOT attacked - indeed, the US was the Aggressive party, NATO is under NO obligation to commit War Crimes on behalf of the ATTACKING member.

It's a joint alliance of members where, if one is attacked, it's an an attack on all members. America and Iran attacked Iran. Their nuclear capability was taken out last year.
