Just made an artisan-styled bread after being inspired by @BakeWithJack and the latest set of weekly bread making tips... and I almost did forget to put the yeast in half way through kneading🤣 and only watched today's episode while it was proofing #yeastedbread
Experimenting - Multi-seeded tin loaf with 30% Rye and 20% wholemeal. Made using a poolish (47% of total, 1/4 tsp yeast). Final dough added additional 1/2 tsp yeast. Baked with steam. #sucess#bakewithjack#nuggetofwisdom#preferment
