Good on @lindareynoldswa for lodging a submission to the Sofronoff inquiry that there should be a criminal deterrent to stop people airing an alleged criminal offence in the media & in the political forum to “advance their own interests”, rather than going through the normal process of reporting alleged crimes first to police. This is vital. Interesting that subsequently Brittany Higgins claims this would “silence victims”. We have witnessed her curious approach of going to media first, with support of Wilkinson & Maiden, rather than reporting an alleged incident to police. That hasn’t worked out so well for any of the parties. Reynolds is onto something here & some in the media need to take a hard look at themselves.

Phil is an alleged fraudster accused of stealing $100k+, another question mark over integrity.
What exactly were the parameters set by the club and by Binmada in agreeing to terms?

The time has now come for the @HawthornFC and by extension @AFL to be more transparent around the review commissioned by the club and parameters set with Binmada and Phil Egan. As info has come to hand it appears this review was compromised from the start. I have many questions…
