Incoming rant thread alert: Just when you think it’s safe to fly @SouthwestAir again… they sold me a ticket through THEIR app and when I arrived to check in they said I couldn’t board because it would be impossible to catch my connecting flight. WHY SELL THAT AS AN OPTION?!?
