@BrightonMarathn hi is the app tracker not working?

[Jenni @JHDone87]

@BootsUK are you serious with the amount of packaging for this tiny item that I ordered? Thought companies were meant to be reducing packaging to save the environment? Awful.

[Jenni @JHDone87]

@Vitality_UK David Lloyd visits not registering on Apple Watch points, workouts also not registering. I'm new to vitality but seems like a big con as the app doesn't really work. Wish I'd never signed up for it

Please don’t stop #pubcast most I’ve laughed in ages!!

[Jenni @JHDone87]

@nikelondon sent the incorrect item and now had to contact you twice via your chat service. Both times advisors have been rude, very slow to respond and not unhelpful. Including not carrying out what they said. Not great Nike!

[Jenni @JHDone87]

@British_Airways Can’t rebook online and can’t get through on the phone. Awful customer service knowing you will be striking but not answering call or putting on extra staff to help people.

[Jenni @JHDone87]

@British_Airways thanks for cancelling our flight home on 10th Sept-flying with a small baby doesn’t need extra worry but you’ve just added to it. Been on hold for ages to try and sort something out but no answer. If you know you’re striking surely you get more call handlers

@Hermesparcels the worst company I’ve sent a parcel with. Parcel didn’t show up and then told its damaged and being returned to me. Nothing returned and informed it’s lost but nothing they will do. #jokeofacompany
