#RaiderNation the Antonio Pierce situation and Rich Bisaccia situation is similar but very different for the #Raiders.

Rich ended up 7-5 and while he helped get the team to the playoffs that team didn't necessarily have an identity or "brand."

With Pierce you can see what this team is and you can feel the Identity/Brand from AP down to the players.

We had to go through some shit to get to this point, but I can't think of a better person, coach and leader than Pierce.

Bringing Pierce back gives the franchise and players continuity that is desperately needed.

The Raiders Swag is there. The pieces on offense are there. Add some players, implement a better offensive coaching staff and that's all this team needs.
