I think I have this Austin-D.C thing figured out. Left for Austin 8 days ago so I threw a pork belly in the fridge to cure, arrived in DC tonight and will have 6lbs of bacon shortly, will fly back to ATX soon with a ton of frozen homemade bacon. Cannot wait to rinse and repeat all summer.
