I think in the circs you could at least have ensured Customer Services worked! Local depot said phone CS - I did - voice said poss 60 mins before they answered - I put call on loudspeaker - 2 hours of classical music later and still no reply.... NO excuse for this. @RoyalMail

Like 100s others, my @RoyalMail parcel seems stuck at N'hampton hub. Collected 17 Feb, arrived hub 18 Feb. No more on Tracking. They said delivery 5 days. Phoned Cust Serv, left loudspeaker ringing 90 mins, no reply. Went to local @RoyalMail depot, they said can't help. HELP!

Exactly - why didn't PO tell me about possible problem? I'm trying to send urgent parcel to Zimbabwe - only way is to send it via EU friend flying there (because Zim postal services not working). Now I can't even get it to friend! (= UK parcel service not much better) @RoyalMail
