Who wants more shop porn?

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

No assembly line. Just a workbench, a drill, and someone who checks every screw twice.

Every JimSupport piece gets built by hand, right here in our shop. 🔧

Steel. Sparks. Precision. This is how JimSupport frames get built — one weld at a time. ⚡🔧

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

Hundreds of D-rings, one very organized Tuesday. 🔩🖤
Every strap made in-house — because "close enough" isn't a spec we work with.

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

Got another batch of orders out the door before the weekend. 📦 Built in-house, shipped with care.

Table pad off the bench, ready for final assembly. 🛠️
Steel frame, foam, hand-upholstered — all done in-house, no outsourcing. Same process, every unit.

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

Behind the scenes: hand-stretching and stapling every upholstered panel in-house over a steel frame. No shortcuts, no outsourcing — just craftsmanship built into every piece. 🛠️

In-house upholstery = quality control from cut to finish. No outsourcing this part. 🧵

Real leatherwork, done by hand, start to finish. No shortcuts — just craft. 🧵

Every frame starts as raw steel tubing. Before it's cut, it's measured twice — because tolerances in load-bearing furniture aren't optional. 🔩 #Manufacturing #MadeInUSA

We dont just weld! All of our bags and slings are made in our shop. We just could not find anything big and strong enough ;)

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

The steel delivery keeps us busy a few days. Its been tough sourcing quality materials the last couple years but our shop manager somehow comes through every week!

[JimSupport @JIMsupport]

Branches ready for finishing and paint. These are all spoken for but there are more being cut now!
