@sizeofficial shocking returns for size.... buy trainers from them online and won't accept an exchange after 28 days Christmas... so if you want Jordan's from them don't, because you need to buy in advance to guarantee the size yet then can't get an exchange.

@JDSports Little point really… you say it’s waiting for picking and packing. Always the same. And never arrives or takes weeks upon weeks !! You’ll refund the delivery. I’d rather pay the delivery and receive the items I want and need!

Another terrible service by @JDOfficial ordered a week ago, next day delivery…. And still not received. They “kindly” just refunded the delivery cost 🤣 but no order and then offered to cancel- why can’t they just get it right!!!

All the problems with @JDSports delivering, taking weeks to even pick the items! Ask to cancel and get a refund and they ignore you and refund £9 instead of the full amount 🤦‍♀️ jokers !!

Another order from @JDOfficial that has been “delayed” and no idea where it is. Need parcel for a present and told you have to wait!! @Hermesparcels just as bad at delivering on time. No help from either of them!! 3rd time this year ordering and having delays with JD!! 😡
