Same format, same respect by not disparaging coaches or players. Just have the same required sessions for the media so there is more transparency. Many calls would be different if they knew they may be answering for it post game.
Players/coaches must answer ?'s postgame from the media or be fined. Can't talk about the refs or be fined. They should be held accountable for performance as well. Simple solution: Refs required to answer media questions post game. @NFL@Espngreeny@ESPNSAS@espn
