With ferritin levels almost 0 it's hard to keep my head above the water but I'm doing mentally ok thanks to friends and my wonderful partner. I try to be more forgiving with myself this year to avoid pushing myself over that edge of burnout again which I'm all too prone to do. 😅

The thing that mostly defines my life now is very stubborn iron deficiency anemia that I'm still struggling to get treatment for. Remember that infusion I was so happy about? Well, they cancelled that plan for other options that clearly don't help all that much... 🫠

I feel weird about posting art before making an update so! I'm alive! The end of 2023 was just exhausting beyond words both physically and emotionally and while I'm feeling better now but I would lie if I said it was easy to get the ball rolling again.
