@KLM_UK why does it take so long to obtain a refund for extra options on a cancelled flight surely of the flight is cancelled you should refund everything and not just ticket price it’s just a scam for you to act in this way making the process complicated and frustrating!!!

@BMW_UK Your media platform is probably the most useless I’ve known. Why would I need to contact bmw myself, as the media arm@surely as with all other firms I’ve contacted they pass on details and contact me themselves.

Already contacted sytner coventry, they have had the vehicle for over a month now, they asked me to contact bmw UK, who now ask me to contact dealership. Customers join the merry go round.
