Images of a previous visit by @jhumenslacrosse to Schoellkopf Field, this one in 1977. @CornellLacrosse won 14-12 before 15,000 fans. The teams play again at Schoellkopf in an NCAA game on Saturday at 5 pm (ESPNU).

Artist LeRoy Neiman attended the 77 game and took sketches that would become his “LaCrosse” print, later sold as a fundraiser for Team USA.
