Nothing looks more unproductive than a hen sitting on eggs.

As the second month of 2026 begins, think about a hen sitting on eggs for twenty one days. No noise, no movement, no crowd watching. Only weight, heat, and patience. From the outside, nothing looks different day after day. Inside the shell, life grows in stages. Organs take shape. Bones form. Identity develops. Purpose takes root. Progress stays hidden, yet work continues without pause.

Here lies the lesson. Breaking an egg early ends life before readiness. Potential asks for time, not proof. Growth responds to pressure, not popularity. The hen receives no feedback. No signs appear. No confirmation arrives. Still, she returns every day. Faith drives action.

Consistency sustains effort. Trust replaces evidence. As long as commitment remains, the process moves forward. Responsibility stays clear. Warmth and presence belong to the hen. Outcome belongs to God.

Purpose works the same way. Silence supports formation. The shell serves incubation, not limitation. Feeling unseen does not signal failure. Pressure often signals shaping. The egg never shows change on the surface, yet destiny develops within. Formation always comes before revelation. A shell works like a timer. Every timer reaches zero. Breakthrough follows patience. This message is for you and to me. Stay faithful. Stay planted. What grows beneath the surface holds more value than early applause.
