@Icemanhasit @Tectone Don't worry about the gym, get some weights and a pull up bar, maybe invest in one that doesn't sit on top of a door frame, unless you find one with good reviews. And cardio can be done outside in grassy areas, not as harsh on joints, and uneven terrain is good for leg strength
