Four of our Ladies Team attended an FA Training Session last night aimed at new and existing female coaches regardless of qualifications, this is being led by Suey Smith and supported by Steve Conboy West Riding County FA They all enjoyed it immensely😄
It is important children are able to identify their emotions and to talk about their feelings with someone they trust. Normalising feelings decreases anxiety and understanding emotions promotes good mental health #UnderstandingEmotions#NormalisingFeelings#MentalHealthMatters
