I think it’s time for us to build our own pyramids… Who’s with me? I’ve got the land… now let’s recreate, or beat, the great pyramid of Egypt right here in America!
Kinda sounds like an idiot..
Gas Engines need fuel, air, and spark… if it’s not starting, you’re missing one of those three. If you put starter fluid in it and it still didn’t start (starter fluid is the fuel directly injected… maybe all those years and miles finally led to a clogged air filter or bad ignition. Now that I think of it, anntsinc probably isn’t even the original poster and this is just rage bait. Guess it worked…
@jeriley@zanehengsperger Our business has been one big set of iterations… We don’t manufacture what we started off with, and our product evolved hundreds of times to get it where it is now…. We’re still small, but growing!
What’s the load? What’s the metal type?
Is there another option besides welding, or is welding the main requirement? I’d also consider undersizing the washer hole, heating, and slipping over. Potentially followed by rotating the shaft for friction welding. We do something similar, (we weld hundreds of these a day) We laser cut the “washer” and tack it in 4 places
