Two questions. Why is $300 deducted on a cancelation requested for a fully refundable ticket, where cancelation request is made >30 days in advance. Second, why is the refund not made after more than 10 working days?

Cogeco why is it that after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with an agent, he puts you through to retention dept and the call gets cut bexause retention dept is closed

@cogecohelps Thank you! I did get through eventually & spoke to Amy at Retention. A question though - in every customer focused industry, loyalty is rewarded. But at COGECO , i end up paying higher charges every year. And the explanation given is that I had a promo rate! Why?

Basically, Trudeau made sure your agenda was on the table.
