Did Sphere have to get all those things before Hertford would get 4.5 m shares? Or did Hertford get that upfront and then it got extra if those milestones were hit? 2/2

@SuzyStocks @GryphonMining @Nasdaq Hertford just filed a 13G saying they own 4.5 m shares. The Aug 5,2021 announcement said Sphere had bought 6 months’ rights to Hertford’s Bitcoin contracts and Sphere would issue 4.5 m shares back to Hertford. But it also mentioned hitting milestones like… 1/2
