It sucks that this happened to her family, but what sucks even more is that Hezbollah hides amongst civilians to ensure that this kind of thing happens. Why aren't you calling that out? If Hezbollah weren't there, and hadn't shot missiles at Israel, Israel would have no reason to shoot back, and no civilians would be harmed. If Lebanon actually tried to remove Hezbollah from the country, and no missiles were being shot at Israel, then this would not happen. You don't see Israel shooting random missiles into Saudi Arabia, do you? They don't shoot into Syria, do they? They don't shoot at Egypt? Gaza was attacked because they attacked Israel. West Bank is attacked because they launch missiles into Israel. Iran is attacked because Iran attacks Israel. Lebanon is attacked because Hezbollah in Lebanon attack Israel. It's that simple. This has nothing to do with the US. The only people to blame are the terrorists that attack Israel which causes a retaliatory strike. It's absurd to think that Israel should just sit there and let terrorists launch missiles into their country. If some terrorist organization from Nepal launched missiles into China, do you think Nepal would not be glass the next morning?

This is a false equivalence. This rover is a low spec design that costs a whole lot of money to be as simple as possible to last for a long time without repair. Just focus on what this guy said, it costs a whopping $2.5 BILLION dollars, an insane whole 0.1% of the entire country's budget for a single robot, and it can barely last 13 years? It's all about the framing.

Everything else in our daily lives are made cheaply but perform at a significantly higher spec for shorter periods of time and can be repaired. You can get your "planned obsolete" phone repaired, people just don't because they'd rather spend that money on a new phone, or simply because they want the new model. People can make do with the same graphics card for decades, but they don't because they want the next generation of cards. You can patch your clothes up, people just don't anymore. Literally everything that you are complaining about being designed with consumerism in mind can last much longer if you just get it repaired or take care of it, but you don't do that, that's a YOU problem. My phone cost me only about $100, but it has last me for about 5 years now. So my "planned obsolete" phone is unbelievably more efficient and cheap than the rover that costs $2.5 Billion.

@RomeGoLARGE @M0_R4_H4 Even if it were a 240hz TV that cost you more than 5k alone, that doesn't mean that the console you're playing on is giving you 240 FPS and actually utilizing that refresh rate. The reason PC is better is because you can buy hardware that actually performs at that level.

@Grummz Nobody liked Dawntrail, not even diehard FFXIV fans. Everyone knew it was a stinker, but few people wanted to say it. Now the entire new Arc is poisoned at its core by it, because the entire thing is going to revolve around that plot and its characters. This may kill the game.

@operagxofficial All jokes aside, this last update has caused problems. One being Amazon, scrolling on it causes stuttering and max CPU utilization in the browser as well as increasing CPU temps by 10-15 C. Still happens after disabling all extensions but not in incognito or on other browsers.
