@Arsenal another contact form completed, but still no response. You can’t speak to anyone, no matter what ‘extension’ you try. Father’s Day is tomorrow and still no gift, no refund and no response. From two lifelong Arsenal fans, this is so disappointing

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@Arsenal I ordered a Father’s Day present from your store. Evri damaged it, can’t deliver it and I cannot get through to your customer service despite MULTIPLE attempts. My children now have no Father’s Day present for their dad. Please can someone help?

@Sakaextra2 Arshavin?

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@Arsenal I ordered a Stanley cup for £55, well in advance of Father’s Day. Evri damaged it, didn’t deliver & told me to contact you. I have tried to contact Arsenal Direct with no response at all. My husband now has no Father’s Day gift. Please can someone get back to me on this

Practise can be tricky when holidays come around, especially the second week is the hardest as the ‘novelty’ of getting it all done wears off. If your little one needs a little help with practise motivation, I hope you find this useful: video : https://t.co/S2rcnX6D16

@emiliesopinions @jessbee1999 I’ve thought this watching it, it must be awful for the players

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@Dorothy_Perkins I returned 2 items to you. It appears one of your labels was wrong and sent the item to the incorrect warehouse. I have been battling for a refund for a month. It is unacceptable! I have proof of delivery to that address and still you won’t accept responsibility

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@charles_watts Joke 😩

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

When practising, going over & over something will not help. Your hands & mind will tire & lead to potentially more slips and mistakes. Have a break, walk away from your instrument. When you return, it’s amazing what you can see in your music that you didn’t see before #piano

@nickpopemod @HughesOnAir Absolutely true, I think he had a way of making all of his guests so incredibly at ease, that’s how it seemed to the listener. Hope you are well Nick

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

I’m so sad to hear of the passing of @HughesOnAir. What an incredibly talented broadcaster and podcaster. I’m sure so many of his regular guests such as @nickpopemod will be devestated as The Unexplained was a wonderful platform for discussion and learning. RIP Howard ✝️

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@philip_mantle This is so incredibly sad, he will be sorely missed

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

I saw this and it resonated with what I see with my own students. Practise doesn’t mean setting aside an hour a day. Little and often is often a much better approach. The key word is ‘often’. Consistency is what builds the skill and ultimately the confidence in one’s ability

A hat-trick for this little boy today, with a well-deserved win for his team. So proud of all of them. Followed by a twin catch-up and debrief🥰🥰 #football #sundayleague #goal #hattrick #twins #twinlife

@AsdaServiceTeam Thanks Dylan, all sent

[Jennifer Arthurton @JLAMusic82]

@AsdaServiceTeam my rewards app hasn’t been working. It’s all updated and have done an online and in store shop since. No points being added. Obviously not great when trying to save for Christmas. Please can someone contact me!
