@IncomeTaxIndia
Due date for #TaxAudit is 30th Sept. however almost all Accountants and Tax Practitioners were busy till 31st Aug. in filing #ITR.
It is humble request to extend the Due date for #TAR till 31st October well in advance to perform our duty of Tax Audit precisely🙏🏻
Facing repeated login issues on the Income Tax Portal!
Even after entering correct password, portal shows “Invalid Password.” Surprisingly, using same password 2–3 times, sometimes allows login.
Request @IncomeTaxIndia to kindly resolve this technical issue urgently & ensure stability espaecially near the due date
Chartered Accountants are facing issues with respect to UDIN generation more particularly with respect to audit reports.
UDIn fields are creating bottlenecks while issuing Tax audit reports under #Incometax act as the section 44AB and presumption taxation makes it little intricate.
CA Amit Gandhi has written this to #ICAI .
I Hope the process will be modified and made flexible.
I really don't understand this mockery of people in name of ethics.
The government rolls out forms in June, expects the whole nation to file ITR on time and charges late fees/penalty on late filing, even for an ITR with no tax liability.
All of this is happily accepted. But if an assessee misses out on filing and puts ₹1 of business receipts to save his hard earned money, it becomes unethical?
Out of all the scams, corruption, bridges collapsing and what not, we find this unethical?
I do not sponsor such planning, but if someone misses out on filing for some reason, everyone comes up reminding him of ethics because he is saving his ₹1,000.
Crazy!
The Education Ministry has just been handed to @JoshiPralhad as his third portfolio - he keeps Consumer Affairs & Food and New & Renewable Energy.
A resit affected 2 million students. The Education ministry is in its worst crisis in years.
Is part-time attention the answer to that?
Though the ruling party’s ecosystem praises Nirmala Sitharaman as the best finance minister, I have explained many times, with details, why she is the worst finance minister in post liberalised India.
I was not surprised when she said that the NEET re-exam gave students an opportunity to prepare further.
She has always been insensitive, arrogant, and completely detached from the reality of day to day India.
🩼Income Tax Portal is not working from last 2 hrs!!
Unable to file returns or even make tax payments.
At least the Income Tax portal could have been fully functional on Income Tax Day!
'Happy' Income Tax Day to all tax professionals, taxpayers & Tax officials 💰
I think this government is clueless about how to handle public protests. I am not only talking about the current ongoing protests.
If the government had its ear to the ground, it should be able to identify public grievances early.
Even BJP supporters, along with everyone else, have been saying that Dharmendra Pradhan should go.
A competent technocrat needs to handle this ministry, and the government should explain to the student community how it will ensure that there are no paper leaks or evaluation messes like the ones that happened in CBSE in the future.
I feel this government has become completely insensitive to public sentiment.
The way the current protests have been handled shows that the government is clueless and has lost touch with reality.
Ultimately, those who suffer the most are our students- the future of our country.
45+ days of waiting for a simple NOC that the Income Tax Department itself said would take 3 days. A TRC application is now stuck in administrative limbo, causing direct financial loss. This is what citizens face with tax bureaucracy in India.
Post that mail of transfer within 3 days, there is no response.
The assessee needs to submit the TRC by 30th June to avoid withholding of tax.
Kindly resolve and look into this urgently @IncomeTaxIndia
LIC of India , which is custodian of money of lakhs of policy holders and shareholders owns 10.80 % in #RajeshExports , the fraud company of fraudster Rajesh Mehta which accounted for bogus turnover and eventually will now become junk costing nearly 1500 Crores to other shareholders
I have filed #RTI with #LIC for sharing investment details, authority which takes those decisions, losses incurred on it, they have declined to provide the details with following rebuttal.
Affairs of LIC, which is a govt company are carried in a very suspicious way by the management, they are accountable for disclosures but are running away from it.
There are many such companies in which LIC has invested and they have gone bankrupt, but because of non-disclosure of information by LIC, we don't know the quantum of that amount and loss because of investment turning out to be junk.
PMO needs to take this important matter seriousl.
