We spent our final day of Women's Work with Flint Women's Forum and @gchabitat working to help set trusses on a new family home. We appreciate the opportunities the day offered and hope this initiative continues for years to come!

From basic needs, fulfillment like cereal and school supplies drives, providing Halloween festivities for kids who've never had, organizing Thanksgiving meals for families, filling Easter eggs for foster children, fundraising, and sharing community resources, JLF women are there.

We were happy to be a part of the Read-A-Thon event at @SylvesterBroome! We loved spending time with some of the cutest kids! Big thanks to A Taste of Heaven for the most delicious donation of cookies and to our Member, Crystal Pepperdine of @FlintHandmade for her contributions.

To celebrate Women's History Month, we spent some time during this month's meeting looking back on the history of The Junior League of Flint. History began in 1927 when the Wednesday Club of Flint applied for membership in the Association of Junior Leagues of America. #jlflint
