@HiltonHotels Please explain how I made a reservation in Dec. for a stay starting today at the Insignia in Atlanta to be informed it is overbooked and we will have to go else where for at least one night? Then I get an email saying my reservation is canceled. WTH?!

@IHGCorporate @IHGService @IHGhotels @HolidayInn My family always loves our experience at a Holiday Inn, but the Holiday Inn Express in Marion, IL is awesome! That staff should honestly be the role models for how to treat guests, take care of rooms/hotel, and set up a breakfast!

@sonicdrivein - Apparently online orders are more important than in person customers. Pull up and am told 5-10 minutes. 5 minutes in told 10-15 more due to big online orders. I stayed, but lost 6 orders in that 15 min.
