@IPSYCare My most recent bag was sent to a VERY incorrect address. I never received it. I tried using the chat bot and got nowhere, was told I’d receive an email, and never did. I would like to have this resolved. Preferably to get my bag.

@DoorDash just a quick note to let you know that when you search for “coffee” in the app, Starbucks doesn’t populate, sooooo, I’ve been using UberEats to get my caffeine fix 😳😬 A user has to search specifically for “Starbucks”. Ya might wanna fix that.
