4 things to note about Costabile getting upfield after his move : 1) He takes a hit to make the play. 2) Cutting off your man makes you harder to trailcheck. 3) He eliminates coma slide. 4) He has more angle to score.

Single best drill we do. Stick skills have improved exponentially. And all in 7 minutes!
