Morning to everyone who catch this post.. Well, I'm here to make a statement.. Its the first time i'm doing this, and i hope it be the last, so here goes..

Around december last year, i found the profile of this artist @KageNoAruNSFW_ , i asked for a comm and she replied very well to it, so we made to an arrengement. But the project wouldn't started until a month later due to scheduling issues..

Long-short story, the partnership between the 2 went quite well from the start. She had a kind and warm personality and was very proactive around the process. Even got a bit trouble doing anatomy by abstraction but i gladly help her providing some references. So the work was kinda positive, fun, even caring.. But sadly, between february-march, everything started to went down..

Long pauses, inconsisten updates, delayed conversations, plus SEVERAL personal issues between another.. All things together the comm was delaying week after week.

So by the start of this month, i gathered all evidence and started the refund process on Paypal.. The 1st try the app denied my claim cuz i set wrong the operation, so i lost it there.. So i try again with a 2nd transaction i made with the artist (in which we agree to add more pics and details in the original comm)..

Long-short, i made 2nd claim and this time the app took it, and began the process.. In between, the artist finally contact me for apologize, and explained her personal issues and the problem she had in recent time that committed her time on the comm, but was working on on it between breaks, that with a few captures of it.

Anyways, even very long and complex talk between the 2, we came to some arrengement. But the claim process remained the same..

The weeks passed and we talked a bit after that, but nothing else since then.. She remained in silence again after that since a week, and the dm's don't seem to reach her..

And today i received the results of the claim. Which it seems, i can't be refunded cuz apparently the purchase i made is not covered under the terms of PayPal Buyer Protection.

So well, yeah.. i lost it. I think it would happen it which way to another

I've nothing personal with @KageNoAruNSFW_ . I said every i had to her in private. So i'll leave it there.

Although, i'll warn everybody who have the intention to make commision with her (or if u already did). Just don't wait to much.

If you are someone THAT interested, well, i recommend you to try another time (or somewhere else) cuz she don't gonna show up for a while.. (if it's true) She'd quite a chaos in her lifetime, so.. Don't.

If u are someone that get on board of this transatlantic ship too.. I'm srry if u lost your time, or money too (or both).

I won't say anything negative about the artist. She obviously is new in this stuff and has 0 skills to deal with a trouble of this magnitude. (Specially when personal/work life mix with your hobby) But at least she was honest about it, and tries to get better. But for now, i just wanna close this chapter.

Last thing, if there's anybody who went on the struggle, and started a refund claim (and won the case).. Can u advice please🙏🏻 I'll like know your experience and how to properly do the claim in this sort of cases. Or dm' me if you want to maintain privacy. I'd appreciate it very much🙏🏻

Artist and any people who work or request commisions, just a little tip.

For you people who commision for an artist/creator, if after spenting your money, your time, and good will at him him/her; if after all that person don't respond in the same way by giving you a nice welcome or/and service, but only put you on a waiting list after you pay them a cake of money for advance, replay you after long term of time with a general post but no personal msg and proced banish again, or simple ignore the fact you're their client too and have the right to know where it go the money u spent on them.

Do yourselves a favor and leave. If they didn't responded on the acorded terms, save all the chats and payment receipts and begin a refund process r away (at least if thing worth it).. If not, start not recommending them again.

And for you artist/designers, if a client show u excitement in your work, is nice, respectful, is willing to pay u, or even so.. already pay u for the work.

Look after THAT client! And do everything in your service to make him/her comeback! Because its door that could bring u more money and more clients!

Please, take care of your clients. Some people pay for a work, others we pay of a SERVICE. And that service implies YOU too. So try to care a bit more for those clients who are nice with u and want to support u!

Sorry but i'll leave my complain here, since i never received an anwser..
I send dm through discord consulting foe a comm, which you received, i share you the details of it, but you seemed short of time since you were traveling as you explained (was around november this), but expressed that you were "interested"..
It passed 1 month, almost 2 months after that and no answer (now 5 and counting). I dm u 3 times on discord, and other 2 here on X, but no response..
Why the heck you have social media if u don't gonna reply anyways?😑
