@BatlicKapitein @manoeuvretweets It's that one guy who does everything in the port. He acts as agent, harbourmaster, linesman, cranedriver etc. Especially in the winter there is always problems when he assesses the need for icebreaking

@BatlicKapitein @manoeuvretweets Some 15 years ago an ESL ship got so badly smashed up there so they had to sail directly to the shipyard. I can give some assessments of the conditions in the future. Dispatch doesn't really know anything about the conditions and the guy "managing" the port is a total disaster.
