Pt 2: @Krystal my husband was about to leave when the manager stepped in and fixed the issue. He proceeded to order hot wings to add to the order. Once the food was ready he came home to find the hot wings were not in the bag and all bottom buns on the chicks where soggy yuck!

Pt 1: last night my husband went to @Krystal to bring home and had the worst experience. The cashier argued about the price of 6 Krystals and 6 chicks $12.99 is what it should be and she rang it for $20 and said she can't help the way it rang up no matter what the menu said.What?
