@JeepCares we were told last week it could be up to 2 months before an update was available that "might" fix our car. Meanwhile dealer is asking for loaner back and threats to close case and charge us for the 50 days of a loner. Ridiculous
@JeepCares should be bending over backwards to take care of their customers, but alas they are not. Will probably end up taking a massive loss on the vehicle just to get out of it. The internet is filled with similar complaints, this is not an isolated case. Just buy the car back
@JeepCares 2021 Grand Cherokee L. $65k spent on car, have made two payments already without it in my possession. Car will slam on brakes on highway, lane keep does not work, and transmission will stick in 1st gear. Bad situation and nobody will resolve.
Beyond over @JeepCares . Our vehicle has been at dealer for 50+ days. They say they are waiting to hear back from dealer, dealer wont respond. Dealer now wants to charge me for loaner. Just want out of this vehicle at this point, no longer feel safe putting wife and kids in car.
@Marriott@MarriottBonvoy@Westin I even did a mobile check in ahead of time knowing I would get to the hotel late. No email, no call, nothing. Just told sorry and the best they could do is put me at a hotel an hour in the opposite direction from where I need to go.
@Marriott@MarriottBonvoy how does this even happen?? Completely ridiculous. Top tier elite member for 10+ years and this is how I get treated. Ridiculous. Never been walked from Hilton or Hyatt.
@MarriottBonvoy@Marriott is really sucking it up right now. Titanium elite. Being walked from the @Westin peachtree because they oversold. After 18 hour day. No hotels within an hour. I expect some compensation and an explanation asap.
@AgentOrangeDDR@SES_Official Hi @AgentOrangeDDR There will be a statement from the company page to clear the air as well, but that was not @SES_Official working the rally tonight. There is a Special Event Services in Tulsa that provides venue staff that has no relation to our company based in NC at all.
29 years ago this weekend, "Home Alone" premiered in theaters, "Ice, Ice, Baby" was the #1 song on the charts, and the entire country seemed about 83% less moronic.
