Kneehab 2 is today's workout. I feel myself getting a tad bit stronger with every workout. It wasn't too long ago I was doing level 3 workouts and trying my hand at level 4s. When medical issues cropped up I kept going when I could. I showed up and didn't give up. @DDPYoga
